How Email Appends Work?

1. We download the last 24 months of your service and sales data.
2. Based on a 1 year agreement, we will do four runs within a 12 month period.
   Twice we will process your complete 24 month list. The other two times we run
   only records that are changed or new.
3. We post the updated data online as a downloadable spreadsheet from your
   ReminderTRAX Online Reports which can be easily imported into your DMS.
