How does SUPERECALL work? |
| We access your Dealer Management
System (DMS) daily to compare your customer information with
the manufacturer’s warranty database. Based on your
filtering preferences, we automatically retrieve only the
recalls you want. The customer address information is then
purified for accuracy; addresses are updated through the National
Change of Address Service, CASS certified, and bar-coded to
ensure high deliverability. Finally, recall notifications
are printed and mailed looking like they came from you...
bringing customers to your shop and not your competitor's.
